As your host, I aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our home.

But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.

Check in/Out:
Check in: 4pm
Check out: 10am!
(If you check out after 10am they’ll be an extra charge unless spoken with host in advance)

Kitchen:
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving. Or you’ll be charge an extra cleaning fee for leaving any dishes used unwashed.

Lights:
Please turn off any lights in living area and in bedrooms when done using!

Smoking:
- If your a smoker you have the option to smoke outside for free we have a screened in balcony you are welcomed to use but keep door closed to keep out the smell or you will be charged a $300 fine for smoking inside the house!

Trash:
On check out day please take the trash outside in the trash bin provided on the side of the house.

**GUEST WHO STAY EITHER WEDNESDAYS OR SUNDAYS MUST TAKE TRASH BINS OUT TO THE FRONT OF HOUSE PER THOSE ARE THE DAYS THE TRASH PASSES***
If trash is not taken out on those days they’ll be an extra trash fee**

Cleaning:
You will be charged and extra cleaning fee on top of the regular cleaning fee if the house is trashed. Please treat it as if it were you own. You wouldn’t want someone going and trashing your home we don’t have maids. Please clean up after yourselves.

Noise:
Just respect others around the neighborhood nothing super crazy and be aware of the guest under you as this is a townhome style home.

Bedrooms/towels
Before checking out please remove all bed linens and sheets from beds used and place in the corner of room as long with any towels you used
(Soaps used please throw away before checking out don’t leave them inside the bathroom.)

Pets:
Unfortunately we do not accepts pets in our property.

I am an animal lover myself and absolutely adore pets, especially dogs. But sadly some guests are allergic to animal hair and it can have serious consequences.

So I have made the decision not to accept pets in my Airbnb. I hope you understand. They’ll be a $200 fine if there are pets in the property

Overall please treat this place as your own don’t do what you wouldn’t want people doing to your home. I hope you can respect these few rules and hope you enjoy your stay any questions you have feel free to ask
